6th Annual TOUR DE PINK Bike Ride: Sunday, September 19th, 2010; Houston, TX.  Benefitting the Pink Ribbons Project, in motion against breast cancer.  Follow the training/fund raising efforts of the MySassySleeve^® team led by Team Captain Krista Malizia at www.tourdepink.org.  Krista & her teammates are riding the most challenging route (100 miles!) in memory of her childhood best friend who passed away from breast cancer.  Wearing MySassySleeve^® in honor of all whose lives have been touched by this disease, the team hopes to "create awareness with attitude" while cycling to raise funds for those in need.


2010 Komen Chicago Race for the Cure, September 25th,    MySassySleeve^® co-founder and her daughter (aka "Margaret Squared") will be strutting their stuff in the 5K walk in celebration of Margaret Sr.'s survivorship and 50th Birthday :) To register/join us, go to: 2010 Chicago Race for the Cure and follow the prompts. Have Dreams, our community partner, will be participating in Chicago's Day for Charity 5K Run/Walk, Sunday, September 26th, Lincoln Park, Chicago,IL. The mission of the day's event is to raise money on a single day for several non-profit organizations.  The organizations share the costs of staging the event and thus maximize the fund-raising efforts of their participants.  Pretty clever!  You can find out more or register on-line:
